Zina Support

First, you should read the Installation Instructions and Documentation.
Second, goto Zina's Settings and click on the "Help/Support Information" and make sure there are no errors.
Third, you should see if the problem has been solved/posted in one of the "Support Options" below.
Forth, the biggest difficulty in solving your problem is reproducing it.
- Please describe your problem as clearly as possible.
- An error message is very, very helpful. Copy and paste the entire message.
  - Turn on Zina's debugging (Advanced section of Settings).
  - Look in your webserver's error log.
  - Try opening your browsers JavaScript debugger (error console in Firefox).
- Include the information from the "Help/Support Information" page with your help posting or bug report.
