Door to door this is about a 63 mile route. It's got a few hills: Sausalito, Camino Alto, and the one outside of Fairfax. But they're not bad. Although, the one outside of Fairfax is often breezeless on hot days.

Samuel P. Taylor Park is a great spot to ride to on a hot day. Surrounded by redwoods and with a smalls stream through the middle, it is often cooler than the surrounding areas. It's also a great place to camp, although you might need reservations during the summer months.
