This is an easy to make, tasty dipping sauce for breads.

Recipe

Put the following in a small bowl and whisk:

• 1/2c olive oil
• 2T balsamic vinegar
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1t dried oregano
• 1t dried basil
• 1/4t red chili flakes
• 1/8t salt
• several grinds of black pepper

Allow to stand at room temperature for an hour
