This recipe is oh so easy, but oh so good.

Recipe

Mix together

• 2c Cream
• 1c Whole Milk
• 3/4c Sugar
• 1 1/2t Peppermint Extract
• 1/2t Vanilla extract

Do the ice cream thing, but for final two minutes add:

• 1/3# dark chocolate, tiny pieces (try grating a chocolate bar)
