Thai Ice Tea is the bomb. I find it impossible to go to a Thai restaurant and not order it.

Recipe

Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes:

• 8c water
• 1c Thai tea

Turn off heat and add:

• 1c sugar

Stir and let cool.

Strain, serve over ice, then add some 1/2+1/2
